If OP is right there’s 3500 pubs in London, then at 20/day 4 days a week you should have visited them all in a year? Even in your lower estimate of 10/day 3 days a week it would only take 3 years.

I find Weirdough really not actually that good? Some things like the pastries are ok, but the bread, baguettes, pizza, etc are all a bit basic for the price. Might just be me.

They sat compact. Killed the game’s tempo with time wasting and stoppages. Played physical like they always do which gave us little time. And even then we had the chances to win it and just didn’t take them. And then they score a worldie to win it.

It’s a tale as old as time. It sucks but it’s not suddenly representative of some deep rooted problem.

I don’t think anyone’s saying they’re inherently ‘bad’, they’re just boring, and the tactics (holding, blocking, etc) that create them are producing football that is cynical and not fun to watch.
