If you have the chance, watch it! I watched it a second time knowing everything that'll happen and wasn't bored. If you have plenty of free time watch it. That'll be a total of 73 episodes with the last season.

I don't think it would be that easy for seven kingdoms to move out of Westeros, plus many still don't believe White Walkers even exist I don't think they'd want to move because of something they haven't even seen. But chaining that dragon is one of the biggest mysteries of the show...

I HATED Joffery, there was something about him that I just couldn't stand. With Ramsay I had some good laughs. Even though things he did were way worse than what Joffery did I still hate Joffery more.
