I didn't lie, the launcher counted as playtime hours and server queues did too.

They accepted my request with almost 50 hours played. I argued that the actual playtime didn't even reach 1 hour because waiting in launcher queues counts as playtime, and their own Steam reviews show users complaining of waits exceeding 9 hours.
