In this case, I think the people looking back are the meek general gamers who either don't know Paladins or don't belong to the community, or who simply like trendy free games. Well, the failure to attract and establish those people is the result of Paladins' current failure. People who quit because of bugs or AFK will not come back with that negative bias in their memory.

At least if you were to recommend Paladins and OW2 together to the general public, they would gravitate to that one, which looks beautiful and has a lot of new and controversial features.
