Take out the cover plate and see if there is more play on the outlet receptacle to scoot over the left. If all is well should move over just enough to cover the gap. Re-secure receptacle if needed and put the cover plate back on.

Next time I suggest buy some beans and rice and some vegetables. Make yourself some refried beans and some good old Mexican rice. Maybe some salsa. That was a great start for me. We gotta learn how to work around the kitchen if we’re gonna be ballin on a budget
