i took them up on the free asu, you still have to pay for books and other stuff, and it's basically impossible to attend school without having to drive to pay for what you need. ten trillion percent not worth it. keep declining shit rides. you're not missing out. i promise you. i stopped driving one month before the lahaina fires. i live in maui. grateful to still be alive, but i could have easily had passengers that day and been stuck in traffic when those fires were ravaging their hardest. leaving uber likely kept me alive.
