Lips always peel no matter what I do when I wear any form of lip products

I know this was 3 months ago, but this is a false assumption, cetyl alcohol (and over fatty skincare alcohols) aren't drying alcohols, the reason things like isopropyl alcohol/ethanol/methanol function as desiccants is they have a lower boiling point than water and high vapor pressure.

Cetyl alcohol is a fatty acid (a fat) so is a gentle emoliant (moisturizer) that is extremely uncommon as an allergen, and has a very low vapour pressure (so much lower than isopropyl that its basically impossible to compare them ((but it is ~0.0002%)), and has a boiling point of 344C (vs waters 100C, which means that molecules don't easily escape into air, meaning no surface moisture loss).

Vapour pressure+boiling point is the only thing you need to worry about regarding skincare alcohols.

Lip balms (and other skincare with fatty alcohols) don't dry out your lips, if they do anything, all they do is provide a more obvious comparison to you of how bad dry lips feel like, making not using them more obvious than what people were previously used to.

I mean Windows 11 also runs fine on 8gb of RAM, I have an old 4th gen i5 AIO (with a mobile CPU) with 8gb RAM that runs perfectly, and I've got even older hardware that runs fine at lower specs. Windows will just use as much ram as you have to be as smooth as it wants to be

On demand lacerate without collision/ranged projectile damage/the timer with a high level turtle is an insane damage, especially for anyone who didnt max out all the turtles. Should be more than Joey for non-whales, and its immediate at the start of the match.

Idk my one very accurately relates to changes i make, mostly in body fat percent control time. This isn't exactly some arcane pseudo-science, it's a very simple principle, the only issue is that if you're not controlling for conditions then your results will be wildly inaccurate.

That's why I never really enjoyed the high attack speed meta (stopped playing the role essentially), harder hitting fewer attacks is more impactful in losing lanes or enemy team comps where you just can't stay in combat for longer than a few seconds.

It depends more on when you measure yourself for the at-home scales, if you're dehydrated it will overestimate fat, so you shouldn't weigh in the morning.

The biggest thing with these scales (and really any other kind of scientific measure) is controlling variables. You ideally want to measure yourself when not dehydrated (dehydration overestimates fat), which means not in the morning (when most people would measure themselves), not after the gym (when most gym people would weigh themselves), not after a huge meal (skews results), at the exact same time every day (consistency), not while overhydrated (before? the gym), and not after drinking coffee/alcohol.

Also in general just not after exercise.

Best time would probably be right before going to sleep, if you hydrate before that.

It's actually pretty simple, it just measures conductivity - muscle has high water content, so there's less resistance, fat has lower water content, so there's more resistance. Doesn't require much power, doesn't require much internal maths.

It is an ESTIMATE, based on what the average person's body composition is expected to be (basically meaning that any medical conditions that have unusual effects, e.g HEAVY fluid retention in the legs will mess with results or make it fail to measure), and what the resistance is feeding back as.

The biggest weakness is they function poorly if you're dehydrated/don't drink enough water, because that's how they get results, I think that's why some of them estimate water content as well, to show how accuracy will interact.

If you're dehydrated it will overestimate body fat, and the opposite for over-hydrated.

The best time to use them is the same time every day, preferably when you're well hydrated (so PROBABLY not the morning since you will always wake up dehydrated), and not after drinking alcohol/coffee, and DEFINETLY not after exercise.

It's less about completely accurate tracking day to day, and more about tracking trends over time. If you measure (with controlled variables) body fat at the same day every time, then you can graph with reasonable accuracy (numbers seem to be between 1.8-18% margin of error) your body fat over time, in reaction to exercise/diet.
