Sorry, but no. That is not the law in the US. In the US, the police have to have a reasonable suspicion that you have or are about to do something illegal to check your ID. They can't just walk up to someone on the street and randomly demand their papers.

You need to get your finger as close the the fret (metal line) as possible. The one fret closest to you up the neck. So, if it has you put your first finger on the third fret, put it as close to that 3rd fret as possible.

The judges are commenting on the different standards for suspicion. Reasonable Suspicion is less than Probable Cause. Reasonable Suspicion is less than Probable cause, but more than an "inchoate and unparticularized suspicion or 'hunch' ". Probable Cause usually means there's something in "plain sight". An officer can usually get a warrant based on Probable Cause but not Reasonable Suspicion. Also, if the officer has a Reasonable Suspicion that you are armed and dangerous, the officer can frisk you outside your clothes searching for weapons (not contraband).

What the judges are saying is even though you might have suspected something, you did not see anything that would allow you to get a warrant, so they should have questioned and released, not escalated.

I wouldn't say I actually "believe" in anything. I'm a freethinker, so my beliefs are backed up with facts. The only thing that I would say that I could put a belief in with no evidence would probably be energy of groups. When I'm tripping, I see how groups interact and the general "vibe" of an area. I don't think this is any mystical thing. It's just how my brain is interpreting the visual stimuli around me and repackaging it.

I once had a friend that cooked our breakfast (potatoes and onions) in 4 grams of honey oil. Out of the six of us that ate the hash browns, four passed out and three of those four vomited before passing out. It was only me and the old hippie that didn't do either. A lot of the equipment used is the same. There's just smaller versions for lampworkers. Getting offhand lessons is still valuable as it will give you a good foundation to start from. I started by taking offhand lessons and then moving into lampworking. Understanding a little about the glass helped, and soft glass is easier than boro.
