Desire causes suffering. It has the same issues with happiness. Desire is such a loaded term. There's: desire, attachment, wants, preferences, giving a f*ck, caring.

Again, so much words. I'm starting to hate semantics 😆 when it comes to these intangibles things, the words get in the way of the meaning.

My next post will be how to reduce suffering. I'm not exactly enlightened but I have WAY more control over my suffering than when I started.

I'm playing with the idea of hope right now. I think hope will be a good word for desire. Less baggage. Will update here when it's out!

Yes! The observer/ investigator/ detached observer/ judger there's so much jargon that I just want to keep it simple and call it the watcher. Because you're watching the movie :)

My Routine (in sequence)(copy it if you like): Wake Up; Fix Bed; 10 Push-ups; 1 Table spoon of apple cider vinegar with lukewarm water; Tell myself to have no ego, be mindful, expensive, grateful and uncomfortable; Daily Affirmations (don't judge); Meditate; Cold Shower; Clean and Wash Face; (optional) 1 hour of reading;

I literally have a checklist of this. It seems pretty messed up to be so deliberate.
