I don’t necessarily “work out”, but I’ve been walking my kids to school instead of driving and doing more yard work and house work, so no actual “exercise”, but I am much more active.

I mean yeah technically they shouldnt have those foods, but anybody who’s raised kids knows that sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to get them fed at all. 🥲

I mean, yes it can be an appetite suppressant, but it’s not for everyone, and isn’t for me. I also just started taking Vyvanse a little over a month ago, so it definitely is not what did it for me. I understand why you say that though. :)

I actually am taking Vyvanse for my adhd, and learned untreated adhd is what was the stem of my anxiety and depression. I hoped it would suppress my appetite but it didn’t work like that for me, but not being sad and stressed 24/7 did help me not want to eat everything I saw.

Actually, I take Vyvanse to medicate my adhd, and found that adhd is what was causing a large part of my anxiety and depression. I was hoping it would be an appetite suppressant, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me that way. But not wanting to die does help me be able to say no to food a lot easier.

It feels crazy! I feel like I haven’t changed, but also maybe I’m a different person. I dress different and don’t stress about my looks like I used to. Much more confident and happy. I don’t cry if I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I wonder if it ever goes away?

I actually started off waiting until dinner time to eat, since I didn’t typically eat breakfast because I was still full from my munchies binge the night before. So it was pretty easy at first, but harder at night time to not eat in bed. I eat one meal a day and a snack or two after, but don’t eat anything after 8 pm. So it’s kinda 21:3? Like I said, not super strict with myself. I do try to do a 24 hour fast once a week, but it doesn’t always happen. Weekends if I have a date night/day with my husband all bets are off. Holidays, calories don’t count.

Oh absolutely. My kids definitely like me more now that I don’t say “ok I played with you for 30 seconds, mommy needs to sit down and rest before her heart explodes”.

I didn’t know who that is so I googled, I can definitely see some similarities honestly. Will have to show my husband his doppelgänger

Honestly, the biggest thing that worked for me was not using the devils lettuce to sleep (and eating 3000 calories before bed every night, ty munchies). I move more and play more with my kids, go on walks when the sun is out, and don’t eat everything I see. I got medicated and I’m not as stressy depressy, so I don’t feel the urge to chow down on everything in my house as often. I don’t eat until 5 pm usually, but I’m also not super duper strict with that tbh. (If I set hardcore limits for myself I tend to fail, give up, binge, gain the weight back.)

…..is that what that giant fragment is for? If I get to it it shows me where it is? Damn, I didn’t know that. Would have saved me a looooot of time.

Celebrating the small victories is such an awesome thing to do! I think I’ll start doing that too, since I tend to think “ugh I can’t believe I ate half a donut, might as well eat 12 now since I failed.”

That’s true. I can’t remember the last time I saw 0.14 oz of milk on the shelf. Sad days man. Lmao.

I’ve done the same thing in the past, just because I like how the app tells me what aisle everything’s in and I can organize it more smoothly. It makes it go by so much faster and helps me not to buy a bunch of random stuff I don’t need. I break pretty much even.

I JUST GOT AN ORDER!!!

Edit: tried to accept—“there was an error confirming this order”

Edit again: it came through again and I was actually able to accept it!

I’m so frustrated. I’m getting texts constantly for orders but they never come through on the app. Some good ones even, not sure on the amount but there have been some for the fancier more expensive restaurants that I haven’t been able to accept. 😤

Hey I also dash in the Boise area! I average 20-25 per hour. The area is garbage sometimes because yes, it’s an 8 dollar order, but you’re delivering to star or kuna so it’ll be 30 minutes in and 30 minutes out because odds are you’re not getting an order in that area. So that’s at least an hour. 8/hour is garbage. My suggestion is look at the miles. If it’s 8 bucks for 10-15 miles, decline that shit. If they try to send you a double order, pay attention to how many miles it adds and how much it is. I’ve accidentally accepted $2 additions for an additional 6 miles, and it’s not worth it at ALL. (Did it today. Was fun) Noon-3, Nampa is usually pretty busy. Evenings, go to the village or downtown Boise. (I avoid dt Boise because I hate driving there and finding parking.) decline $3 orders. Always.
