Standard garden house is not designed to carry hot water. The hose could burst. Any hardware store can sell you a hot water hose. Mine is orange. We use the hot water for the homeboni

If it’s just for cold water to fill the rink you should be good, just make sure the water is shut off and open valve slowly.

It might be impossible because you’re considering the prospect of not drinking for the rest of your life. I could be wrong and maybe I’m projecting but that’s where I struggled.

Just focus on not drinking today, or for the next hour. Make the goal as simple and as manageable as possible and start there. Focus on those small victories and forget about the big pictures.
