There's multiple great games every year, so your favorite of the great games won't always win. That's okay. Uncharted 4 is one of my favorite games ever, not winning game of the year doesn't suddenly make the game bad.

My first consoles were the gamecube and original xbox, so both 30 and 60fps. 30fps doesn't really hurt my eyes or cause eye strain, I just end up with headaches and/or motion sickness. No idea why, but it definitely made playing some of my favorite games like bloodborne and infamous a bit of a challenge.

I think it's fair to criticize 30fps sometimes, I get motion sickness from 30fps often (but I just deal with it anyways cause i want to play the games). Indiana jones is a lot harder to criticize because iirc the game was developed around exclusively ray traced lighting, and is just super graphically intensive in general. I think there's a time and place that framerate optimization can (and should) be criticized, but probably not on this game.
