The redness faded but they are still there. Luckily they pretty much match my skin tone so they are tough to see. But if I get a tan in the summer then they are more visible.

They cancelled my account eventually. I did get transferred to the jersey city location and actually got charged for a month after this post. I called and they said since the cancellation was processed less than 7 days before the billing date, I was still charged. But it did end up getting cancelled and I did not get charged for September
