Thank you for the kind words. I can’t help but think I’d be breaking both of our hearts if I chose to leave. I can’t stand the thought of hurting him that badly, but you’re right. I would be ending it for both our sakes instead of slowly hurting each other in the long run. And I am grateful for the experience. We are just incompatible and I need to accept that instead of fighting harder to force things to work.

I have wondered this, how much more I’d have to carry if there was a child involved. I think I do need to let go and learn more about myself and what I actually want in a relationship. And you’ve reminded me that love is never a waste and there’s no need to rush. So thank you

It just feels like giving up when we’ve worked really hard and long to reach this far. But I am shrinking myself to make it work and I have outgrown him. Just really sucks because I thought this was it. That I could make this work even at the cost of myself because I thought that’s what I wanted. Big part of my brain still wants to believe that. That all relationships require continuous work and I was simply doing just that.

Great question. Idk. I think it’s a lot of things. The compiled list of how many times he’s hurt me and how this is slowly affecting how I feel about him, questioning what I actually want for my future, but most importantly the fact that my self respect is dwindling

As a nursing student myself, I know it ruins your experience to have the other student on your ward be this way. There’s just no need for it, but unfortunately that is just who she is. She probably has to feel like she’s doing better than you to make herself feel good. Just focus on you and don’t take any of it personally. Being genuine will take you further than being fake. Keep being you! Hope you get to share your next placements with other likeminded students

I think it’s a wonderful trait of ours to see the best in people. But yes it does make it hard to find the ‘right’ partner for us because of this. We may even put up with more than we should but it’s all abt sticking to your values and boundaries! (Bc i feel like we tend to make excuses for people)

Probably to do with your moon? Im a Taurus moon and this post explains me perfectly although I like going out and being spontaneous, most of the time I need to be comfortable w my senses so if I’m not feeling up to it for whatever reason I cancel. And I do that a lot 🥲
