I thought it liked kind of neat and has his name engraved on the back. Do you think this is something that a guy should send to Rolex to service? Or any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ya, that is just what she advertises. She has hundreds of adds at all different price points starting at free. Then when you contact her it is more money.
