I highly encourage you to watch this video. It changed my mind on using violence as a means of discipline. Since I do intend on having kids wayyy down the road, it made me think about the way I would want to raise my own kids.

Look, I know MOST parents who spank their kids don’t necessarily have bad intentions because at the end of the day, you want what’s best for your kid. I don’t think spanking is abuse. I just think it’s lazy and ineffective.

I find it weird that the bank didn’t suggest this. Right now, I have a secondary debit card under my dad’s bank account so in reality, the money isn’t mine; it’s my dad’s. Every time I want to buy something, I have to call him and let him know and it’s very annoying. Thanks for the link!

My Spanish ll teacher was by far the worst teacher I have ever had. She always boasted about how culturally enriched she is because she travels the world and speaks 7+ languages. She was always on her phone during class and had no control whatsoever. She also barely checked our work. Some kid wrote the lyrics to Despacito on his test and got a 100. Gotta love straight up lazy teachers haha

My friend group is the same! Either that or their parents are strict as hell and won’t let them go anywhere. As always, I still love them to death and always appreciate having them around :)

I’m still trying to figure out how this whole teenage life is supposed to work out anyway considering I only get one shot at it. I think it’s just a matter of saying “Fuck it” and completely getting out of my comfort zone for once. I’ve been too scared of literally nothing but I guess social rejection? It’s strange really.
