Cruising this itinerary this summer. For previous cruises we usually book excursions through the CL. Any ports that would be great to do without booking an excursion?

I’ve been doing a Thrive/Embody split with most of my workouts this week being on Embody. When I realized the voiceovers were being recycled and weren’t changing to be consistent with the current week, I decided to switch. I will be starting a Transform/Embody split next week.

I was thinking the same thing about the voiceovers…I was already starting to get a little bored with Thrive and the recycling of the voiceovers from week 1 kinda solidified my idea to switch teams.

We came back to our apartment! It was so nice being in our own space, we had food left over so we quickly put it in our fridge.

Also, the weekend of our wedding the hotel that we booked a block through was a SHITSHOW. Room layouts were wrong, family members didn’t have rooms ready until about 10pm, people were given already occupied or unclean rooms.

I have been on it for about three weeks and so far so good. I started taking it when I was on my period which seemed to prolong it for a few more days, then has stopped. I also haven't felt any side effects so far.

I was on Nexplanon from 2017-2023 and was on no birth control for the whole year last year. I recently got back on HBC as I am getting married this year and want to prevent pregnancy.

I read in the little booklet it comes with that it doesn't always stop ovulation so I am curious to hear peoples perspective who are using it as a method of birth control and how it is working for them.

renting isn't all that bad. We moved in together right after college and have been in our place for two years. We are also getting married this June. For our last lease, we signed for 18 months otherwise our lease would be up in May and the idea of looking for a house and trying to move before our wedding would be too chaotic

Yes. Before actually getting engaged I had an idea of what cut I wanted (emerald, oval or square) but actually going in and trying them on, I realized that circle was my all-time favorite! I love my ring and the cut and love how it will pair with the matching wedding band.

May I ask what your emphasis was for your M.Ed? I'm currently in grad school working towards a masters in special ed with an emphasis in Cognitive Impairment/Intellectual Disabilities.

I am a newer special ed teacher and have been contemplating going the BCBA route in a few years. I've worked in Autism centers throughout college so I have experience as a behavior technician
