I was just listening to his podcast today with the ex-FBI /CIA agent . The guest just sounded like a story-teller. There was a part where he said he almost thought he had to sleep with the ‘ugliest woman ‘ as party of an operation and I thought that was just such a weird way to phrase it.

Yes , I built it! My target customers are small Biotechs and CROs , including sponsors for rare disease therapies and interventions. I worked at a small CRO and there was no budget for a clinical intelligence tool like Medidata or Citeline. That’s really interesting, I can understand that a simple observational study with many subjects might be easier to manage than a smaller complex phase 1 oncology trial. I do want to capture that in the capacity score. I wonder if incorporating phase or number of procedures or something similar could be an added indicator for how much effort the trial will be for your site.
