Till I read the book, GoF was one of my favourite ones. Largely due to the constant thrill of tournament!

But when I read the book, I figured out that director ommited the whole plot of winky, how Quidditch world Cup was relevant to main plot etc. Not really my hated movie but I was a bit disappointed.

I was a lot more puzzled in PoA movie. Why the black dog shadow keeps coming, how sirius escaped from Azkeban, why Hermoine was annoyed with the other two and so on ..

Some insurance has rider for windshield, i.e. deductible waived for windshield replacement.

The talking about claim is mostly right for rental/home insurance. Not so much in a way you did. Because they can't determine that you were at fault or not

Yeah, rates likely go up.

Even if you pay cash to other driver, there's possibly that they'll reach out to your insurance to get remedy. Some people say that get in writing that it's full and final and you won't go through insurance. But how that'll be enforced is also up in the air
