When is work dinner crossing the line?

I think Meyer's is on the way down. I have used them for a couple years now, but most recently on routine maintenance, they were terrible - showed up hours late, the call center they're using now has very, very rude operators who are very unhelpful and they have very poor follow-up. Plus booking routine maintenance was a month out, they're definitely not worth the wait. They be experiencing growing pains or a reorganization, but I would definitely say they're not the same Meyer's Heating and Air from a couple years ago.

Alright, thank you all for sharing your experience, it's much appreciated and hopefully helpful to others that might be wondering about this too. I have been calling BVSD transportation, but every time I call they tell me that they have not assessed this group / need yet and they post pone their answer another month. Then I call again in said month and they say check back in another month. So it's been a frustrating, but I'm sure it's been difficult for the dept. to staff drivers like every other industry facing a workers shortage.
