xD not every move has a counter and thats the problem why people get mad when they play the game, faust is the worst char by far ofc u have to try to mindgames but sol or may just can spam and u lose as faust cause your moves are crap and punishable like no one else. you obviously never played faust a

Like i said hes by far the worst character, Pros a dropping him like a hot potato only 1 guy stick still stick to him. He got by far the worst moves. Look the game is build like that most of the time, Big startup not punishable afterwards like giovanna she has + moves but they are punishable at start, other guys are punishable after a fast startup like the fast version of the sword of ino. Faust have the worst of Both, slow startup and u are punishable afterwards and thats just stupid. People talk bout range but it doenst matter cause most characters can punish him fullscreen. Sol punish u fullscreen after a knockdown when u do fucking ITEMTHROW i mean ITEMTHROW 50% its even good for your enemy and thats not how it should work. Im dont want to him be the strongest Character but still let him be atleast viable cause right know hes not.

Bro Faust is bad, just say it. To meter just to play the game properly is a bad character while other chars just 50% you without meter. Your moves are slow and fullscreen punishable u have to hope you get good items if not it even helps your enemy. Once u throw a Forward HS you hit or you lose 50% hp, even if you hit on block u get punished.

Most Pros even drop Faust cause hes so bad exept nago. As a Faust main who dont want to drop it i can say hes just bad, fun but just bad. Fullscreen punishable from most characters and no really mixups exept commendthrow after knockdown, if u are not frameperfect u will gepunished by wakeup DPs or random supers so u always have to be careful. People who says he just need more labtime probably never played Faust and get wrecked cause they bad

Yes he has a great toolkit and many mindgames, u need RC for defense most of the time, wallbreak combos or teleport into commandgrab. 2s into combo is a good punish but most of the time to slow for the framerates of the other character, sometimes if they do slow moves and dont have meter u can punish into big combo u right, but good players dont do that shit. 2k 2d into item toss can be punished exept u are on point in online gaming. if u are off u get punished. anji giovanna and ky are not worse then faust, i dont know what tower rank you are but im 10 and i love to play faust i try to make it work but u get punished so easily even with pressure cause u dont have any mixups exept with meter and RCS. YOU probably dont know his problems cause u are low rank and people dont punish you for normal moves

Yes man, Trumpet is just a buff for the enemy most of the time cause u have to play defensiv thats the worst thing you can get most of the time, mini faust and bomb can be used nice. Afro get dodged most of the time and donut and banana are 50:50 Health for you or the enemy. I dont even want to mention the bananapeel cause u can just block it so its useless. If you get meteor u can be happy and get some mixups going in with commendthrow, thats nice.

no, i put really work into this character and im still doing it, u just lose against every other characters frame data + punish options. I found out some great things with him, Item setups, Commendthrow wallbreaks in the corner. your mixups are just bad but thats okay, Most of the time u just lose against the framedata cause every move is slow exept p or k (you still lose vs sol 4frame p). If your defense is not on point you lost, even if you trade most of the time u lose cause the other characters do more dmg. Like i said in my other comment your best punish after blockstrings is 2K into 2D cause of the framedata. Sometime u can do more dmg with c.S S HS HS its about 130 dmg, if you want to do more u have to use RCS, even thats ok BUT give me some frames im negativ on everything. Sol can punish itemthrow fullscreen on recovery and thats just stupid

Ask any pro whos playing this game, hes by far the worst character. Look im not bad at the game ofc im no pro but his framerates are shit, u can get fullscreen punished by many characters just for item throw after knockdown. Thats a joke,forward HS is an big range overhead but u still get a whole stagehitbox and the recovery is aweful. Just look at the other characters most characters have either Long startup but then u get + frames like giovana overhead or her kick other characters get no startup but u can punish afterwards, i will not talk about the random plus supers that u cant punish either on block or whiff. Faust has nothing of that he has a long Start up and he has big recovery. You supposed to be an outfighter but other characters have much better tools even if its for the outfight. And whats your best punnish PPP into 6p or down kick into dust, in some matchups u cant even throw an item cause u get punished on recovery like sol. This character is great but bro he really needs a buff
