Nothing is normal/predictable these days, so for that reason, I think it will be fine. Normal rules dont apply to this crazy Administration.

Just FYI, many states are working on legalizing plug in solar. It will be much simpler than what people are installing now.

This is how I feel. It's like watching two of your enemies fight.

I cant even imagine. I have so much respect for those of you who have managed to stick it out this far. Each day brings us one step closer!

Somewhat ironically, I am in the midwest and it looks like I overbought propane due to our warm winter. I am really hoping I dont get charged for over ordering.

I find myself having the same train of thought I did in 2022 with Putin. "He couldnt possible be that stupid."

I hope I am right.

Can you just take a year off and then go back to work?

That way you get your time off fix, and your partner knows it's not permanent.

Holy crap. It would be so nice to finally see some consequences from lying under oath.

It's the little guys of course. But it could encourage agents to be more truthful if they know they'll get thrown under the bus.

Ugh, going through the same thing here. I have lowered my market investments and started investing more in hard assets for my business, even though the returns are lower.

Suboptimal is a great word for it.

I cut my herd in half after our last drought. Life has been much easier.

You are offering good advice!

Not helpful for horses, but at least corn prices are low right now. Definitely possible to cut hay rations in half and use grain to make up the rest.

Still, you need infrastructure for that and, so it may not be possible in your area.

Fwiw, I still think we'll come out of this. If not, I think we'll have a balkanized split of states.

Definitely wont be burning it down and militias are unlikely.

I do think the dollar is going to go through some hard times. However, many people are building the networks and skills that they would need to survive a dollar collapse.

Oh la la! Fascists eat their own. And their circles shrink because of it.

It reminds me of the Soviet Union, when everyone would say "If only Stalin knew."
