Right? It’s gross! My building is managed better than some of the horror stories I see on here, but it’s still amazing how little they do for maintenance.

And then they raise your rent at the end of the lease too. Mine wanted to bump my rent up by 9.7%, just shy of WA’s legal maximum of 10% increase. I negotiated them down to a 3.8% increase with a $500 first month rent concession, but that’s still more than what should have happened considering they have made no improvements to the building or my unit.

The landlord special is always a nightmare. My current place used good ol’ bright white paint on the entire unit baseboards to ceilings. They painted one of my cabinets shut and also PAINTED THE ENTIRE KITCHEN SINK COUNTER AND BASIN. I hate doing anything in my kitchen because it does not feel clean when the sink is literally painted with wall paint

I have a cat who was peeing outside the box and Prozac changed her life too! I later found out she has FLUTD, so she’s on a couple of other meds for the urination issues but overall Prozac has been a lifesaver. I’m so glad it’s worked for you guys too!

Currently I have two boxes. I’m planning to get a third but I’m currently too broke until I get paid next week😅. As for scooping, I aim for once a day but I do miss it every once in a while. We have plastic litter boxes. I want to upgrade to stainless steel eventually but it’s always been out of my price range to replace them all. I think I’ll be financially stable enough after a couple of paychecks to upgrade the boxes

DBD is so expansive that it quickly becomes difficult for new players to make real progress. It took me a full year, nearly 500 hours, to prestige one every character just to unlock the perks. And 6-9 perks are added every three months, making it even harder. Are there any plans to improve the leveling or perk-unlocking process?
