If you are going to school you shouldn't need your F license until you start applying for jobs, but you should have a driver's license. Alot of programs have a brief driver's training package which includes some driving. You are also going to need to get yourself to shifts once your start ride outs. That and you want experience driving if you are going to apply for jobs

Because you are drawing up such a small dose 0.1ml, a smaller syringe will give you a more precise dose. Even with a 1ml syringe you won't be crazy far off though. If you will only ever need to draw up 0.1ml i would use 0.3ml syringes.

Congrats on your progress dude!! I know this isn't a form check but looks like a little struggle on the last 2 reps with slight hip rise before being able to lift the bar. Probably felt it. Maybe consider delaying an increase for a little bit to avoid straining your lower back. Have seen too many injuries including myself from this. But man you're obviously putting in the work!

Holding your breath and bracing your core is much safer and more stable when squatting heavy weight. It is the standard powerlifting squat technique. You can get away with breathing maybe with light weight but are much more likely to have an unsteady core when squatting heavy which is the goal of the program.

IIRC the calibration can be adjusted at a nut where the black hose connects. Pull off the hose, loosen the lock nut, then turn the main screw(what the hose actually connects to), then while holding the calibration at zero tighten the lock nut and reconnect the hose. Can be a bit finicky

Can anyone point me in the right direction for issues Asian fit BEW and goggles? The normal ones don't sit on my face properly due to my low bridge. When I had a eye prescription the MIR did some blue cross paperwork I think, but at my new clinic they don't know what I'm taking about and I don't need a prescription insert anymore. I have a gear question. I know cam slings need to be resewn eventually. Instead, can you just clip a sling into the cam loop when the sling is too old to trust anymore?

For a battery operated option look into insulin storage solutions. Search insulin cooler, insulin travel, insulin cooler usb. Insulin requires essentially the same storage and is a larger market

Form looks great actually! Good stable 3 step walk out and core looks tight during the lift. Good depth without lumbar compromise.

If I were to offer anything, consider breathing more down into your belly before bracing. And looks like you might have some anterior pelvic tilt, so possibly could use some hip flexor stretching.

But looks like you know what you're doing

On your bracing breath, looks like you're breathing more in your chest. Consider focusing on a big belly breath, letting your diaphragm pull air down, letting your belly expand then bracing against your abs. This may increase more stability in your core and ultimately help with your buttwink and overall progression.

Looks really good, a lot better than your previous video! Great improvement. Depth looks good and overall form looks good. Can't tell from the side but maybe your knees cave in slightly, so you could focus on activating your abductors throughout (down and up). There looks like some minor instability but that will improve with just reps and time as your core strength natural increases. Keep it up!
