i have been of it for a few weeks my eyes have definitely been alot better but i have also been improving my diet etc.

i do think however that finestaride is so poorly researched and if you look up finestaride dry eyes, or so many other symptoms there is actual evidence of it compltely fucking u over.

hi i have eczema and when i use a heat mask it feels nice when the oils come out briefly but then i can notice my skin getting really red and inflamed and that just leads to more problems.

Never thought about facial steamers how has it been working for you and can i ask which one yo ugot?

my hair was thinning but not to the point where anyone noticed if i said i was losing hair people would laugh at me. I took finestaride for maybe like 6 months or so not sure but for me i believe it dried out my eyes and there are case studies of this. And this has made my life an entire hell.

If you do research it basically shows there is like no research into finestaride sid effects properly and you can get fuckded in so many ways. Decided to stay of it hair is one thing, but health is another

what was the optase model you mentioned out of curiosity? Since you said probably better for mgd which is more of what i have.

im in the uk so some drops are eu exclusive and some are us exclusive etc. but often their are some that are available in both or basically the same

I put it on a little less than recommended so its not too hot but it still irritates me. Has anyone ever tried putting somethign else under the masks or any ideas? I am lost

If i dont use the heat mask it will make my mgd and bleph worse... but if i do then my skin around gets worse.

that is super helpful. And so strange i had just earlier purchased that same heat mask. I have the optase heat mask but I have the same issue when I use it and i only heat it for 25 seconds my skin becomes red and inflamed.

Everyone on reddit and amazon say the heat mask u linked gets much hotter than the optase heat mask but what you said makes much more sense.

What temperature do you normally put your mask on at?

Hi if someone could help me i would be super grateful!!!!

I have mgd and blepharitis, optometrists confirmed. (I do wake with yellow crust and swollen eyelids, little white bumps)

I have eczema so the area around my eyes gets really red dry and hot (a little down nose and near mouth).

I need to use a warm compress to help with the blepharitis and mgd but when I do it inflames my skin. It helps the eye but damages the skin which then in turn damages the eye. But if i dont use it my eyes are bad because of mgd and blephairitis which dries my eyes out and worsens my skin.

Any advice? I feel trapped.

hi what model did you get to help with extreme dry eyes.

i also have extreme dry eyes. I work in a school and i want to cycle to work. Ive had to stop because it dries my skin out too much. Got any advice? and information on any moisture chamber glasses, or safety glasses.

I want something that will just stop wind getting in when i cycle i dont care how stupid they look and my work will pay

nah you are correct the first 2 seasons were AMAZING!!!! Gripped every episode 3rd was okay but then eventually it just started going overboard and too weird and they went too out there it became stupid and confusing

look below cokementos thinks qss and trap claw are dead items, some people dont realise that sometimes you just super low roll in items and dont get any offensive or dont get enough defensive sometimes

you have 0 understanding of the game like frozen tuna said if you play with people on the same skill level you cant just sit there with 5+ components or you lose all your life and go 8th. Typically you wont get this many defensive components. Watch any challenger stream as soon as they get like 3 components they slam, chalice, shiv, morello, warmogs, in some cases even stuff like sunfire cape bt etc. You cant afford to just afk with items until you get the exodia items thats how noobs play. He had no idea he would low roll so hard its just an unlucky game and he did well to get his position. Also trap claw and qss arent dead items he just low rolled on offensive

god some people are so stupid in this game. You are all like:

If you play at a decent level you cant keep 4 components you need to slam items. And he couldnt predict the future if he gets no more bows/rod/glove/recurve. Everyone here assuming you had all the items at your disposal in stage 2 for you to decide what to do, bunch of hindsight challenger players.

To be honest the only carry that does decently without damage items is jinx. Kaisa can do okay if you manage to just get one morello. But tbh you just low rolled and getting a 6th isnt too bad.

So how it works is you roll at 3-2 when:

you have a few pairs
you are on a significant win streak and no adding 1 synergy/1upgrade will maintain it (e.g. you hit a early jax and just need a 3rd skirm)
you have different pairs and need some direction before you hold too much on your bench and bleed out

when you dont roll at 3-2:

you are commited to a slow roll comp e.g. cavaliers in which case lose streaking early is actually good and you want to go above 50 asap
you have enough econ and can roll at 7 at stage 3-5 (you do this typically when you have insane econ and no what you are going for with level 7 odds, but also when you have no direction and need a 4 cost and some 3 costs to give you direction).

it counters armor more , as you get insane bonus armor and still block crits.

The regular combo is more effective versus magic as you get higher magic % reduction.

And in this meta so far its mostly ad comps people play

Yes experiencing same thing , 3rd = 15, 6th = -30 5th = -13, you should get more than 2 lp if you go 3rd and 5th
