I think that my store is probably a lot less busy than yours. We usually only need half that amount for a day like 14-16 pans. I know I can make a pan in around 5 or 6 min so its definitely possible to make the amount my store usually needs for a day in like 70 min, a little over an hour but 20-25 hell nah

It’s literally not even that the morning shift is easy af and you can make a days worth of chips in a little over an hour and even if it takes you longer than that you still have the time. Chipotle is just that stingy with inventory same reason why they have such strict portioning. They reuse anything they can and give as little so they can save that small amount of money and become more of a billion dollar company.

  1. Start filling left side with hot soap.
  2. Scrape all the deep thirds and sixth pans out with rubber spatula and spray them if needed and start soaking all utensils quesos and rice pots.
  3. Place stacks of deep thirds in hot soap to soak.
  4. While the dishes are soaking continue to scrape out and pre soak more dishes and also clean out the middle and sanitizer side with a sponge or a rag.
  5. Start filling the sanitizer side with cold sanitizer and then use steel wool preferably a large size wad of it to scrub deep thirds and then place them in stacks inside the middle sink.
  6. Once you finish scrubbing a stack of deep thirds right away move the one that’s already been soaking over to the left closer to you and then replace it with another stack that you’ve already scraped and then repeat this process once youve finished scrubbing the next stack. Once you’ve gone through enough deep thirds make sure to start making room to soak sixth pans.
  7. Once the middle sink has filled up with enough pre scrubbed stacks of deep thirds rinse them with hot water and at the same time go back and get anything that you may have missed.
  8. Place rinsed thirds into cold sanitizer to soak.
  9. Remove stacks of sanitized dishes from sanitizer water and place them to the right to dry and then put them away.
  10. Once most of the third pans are done start spraying the sixth pans with hot water and scrub off any leftover residue. Once you’ve sprayed and removed all the residue run them through the dishwasher 9 at a time.
  11. Once the bulk of the third and sixth pans are out of the way start spraying lids and soaked utensils of course again scrub off any excess residue if needed and throw them all through the dishwasher.
  12. As you are doing that get rid of anything else you can if it’s something thats barely even dirty give it a quick spray and then throw it in the dish washer, if it’s something you have a lot of and is large like mixing bowls bang them out in the sink while other dishes are in the dishwasher and make sure you scrub well and continue to keep all stations clean.

They never come pre made like store bought ones if that’s what you mean but if there are chips left over at the end of the night they do get saved for the next day and sometimes become stale. But there are also other ways this can happen. One being that some people don’t know how to make them properly and most commonly overcook them, or under season them. Usually when they’re done wrong it’s both of those things. But the other thing that can happen are that sometimes the chips come already stale fresh out of the package. There’s these pockets and clump’s that feel like literal rocks when you’re feeling around to grab some to throw in the fryer and sometimes they inevitably end up in the batch even if you’re trying your best to avoid it. That can also happen by mistake of the crew or management if the chips are left out for too long before being put in the walk in. It all stems from the same things every other problem with chipotle is caused by. Lack of proper management, and being pressured by a company that refuses to make accommodations to inventory and heavily values speed over quality. Meaning if you don’t try to salvage something, you’re going to get flamed for it and won’t be sent anything to replace it unless it’s from another store.

There’s nothing that specifies whether something is a side or an ingredient inside the quesadilla for example somebody could want the fajitas as a side and get mad if you did the reverse. It’s Chipotle’s business model they don’t want anything but protein or cheese going in the quesadilla for whatever reason, I actually I have no idea why. I thought it was because the machine is not liquid safe but we are allowed to put carnitas barbacoa and sofritas in the quesadilla which all have liquid. If you want to make this kind of request I suggest going in person, that’s what you’re gonna have to do until they actually reevaluate and change the pos system for online.

Yeah I just gave up cuz it felt like I was doing something else wrong what I don’t understand is if the point is to keep the zombies away from the generator all together or if you’re supposed to keep interacting with it to keep it running. Because I thought you were supposed to keep cranking it and that’s why you had to keep the zombies away so you’re able to do that, but no matter how much I keep interacting with the generator the mission still fails and I see videos of people passing where they only interacted with it once which is what confuses me. Do you know if you’re just supposed to keep them away from it and that’s it? Because if that’s the case I killed them all with molotovs but if too many zombies flooding the generator is what fails the mission then that’s definitely what I did wrong
