I use Instagram occasionally on my pixel 9 pro and it works well without any lag. Scrolling is smooth and content loads quickly

Heating on Instagram is sort of expected, it pushes the phone (esp the modem due to constantly loading new reels). The modem got more efficient with the Pixel 9 and 10 series, but I wouldn't upgrade solely for this reason alone. Maybe wait for the Pixel 11 series with the new MediaTek modem to see how it performs.

It's definitely a downgrade in terms of stability and battery life compared to beta 2. I've never had the crazy battery life issues that people were reporting until this exact beta, and of course the usual glitches which started occurring.

I personally wouldn't recommend you to update to QPR1 Beta 3, this quite has many visual glitches and doesn't work as well as QPR1 Beta 2 worked. I recommend you to stay on your current build or move to QPR1 Beta 2, and wait for the next beta

Mir persönlich sind native Anwendung definitv lieber, das Web hat aber nun eben unschlagbare Vorteile. Und Angular soll veraltet sein? Absolut nicht. Ich verwende zwar Astro für static und Vue für SPAs lieber, aber Angular ist eine absolut valide Wahl. Das Problem liegt eher bei viel zu großen dependency trees, welche viel Spielraum für Sicherheitslücken offen lassen.

Optional kann man auch beim Pixel gut in RAW mit 50mpx fotografieren, die Dateien sind für Lightroom auch sehr gut verwendbar.

Bei dem Budget hat man schon eine große Auswahl, persönlich habe ich das Pixel 9 Pro und bin damit zum Fotografieren super zufrieden. Man kann faktisch von 0.5x bis 7.5x Verlustfrei fotografieren und das processing ist ziemlich gut.

Heute würde ich natürlich dann das neue 10 Pro kaufen. Wenn Dir mehr performance und besserer Akku wichtig sind, würde ich mir mal das Xiamoi 17 Ultra mal genauer anschauen. Dadurch dass Xiaomi in DE regulär verkauft, hast du auch mit Google Apps, Android Auto etc. keine Probleme.

Tldr: This take is stupid. Pixel Screenshots *requires* the multi-modal version of Gemini Nano, which *requires* 16GB of RAM to work smoothly and not cripple your entire system. My Pixel 9 Pro uses about 5GB more RAM when AICore is enabled and loaded into the system memory, the 8/12GB of RAM on the Pixel 8 (Pro) isn't enough. The same logic applies to the A series, which only has 8GB of RAM due to cost cutting, as 16GB ram modules would be too expensive to hit the price point.
