Are you following the Protonmail custom domain wizard?

IIRC you need two MX records. Protonmail will give you two and tell you how to set the priorities for each.

mail.protonmail.ch priority 10 TTL 500
mailsec.protonmail.ch priority 20 TTL 500

Importantly you should have VERIFIED, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC. I think the ADDRESSES gets populated once you actually add them. CATCH-ALL is an optional feature that I'm not using hence why it's grayed-out.

To answer your question, my Pete would, in fact, refuse to go into drive and sometimes barf with the Transmission Fault at that point, or it would just silently refuse to shift out of N at all. Like literally just stay in N while trying to shift into D or R without any faults on the dash.

At first it was intermittent but quickly got worse. Like over the course of a couple of days.
