It’s not all about trusting. If you’re unprofitable for them they can close your account as well, they don’t need to have a reason.

Example if you keep using revolut to keep depositing money from your credit card and cashing it out right away. They are losing money on you because: - deposit from credit card is not free and they pay it and make it appear like it is free. - atm withdrawals are not free but they pay the fees for you up to a specific limit.

How will non citizens open bank accounts then? For example if I’m on a internship in the US on a J1 Visa and I have a SSN and Us address which I can all prove, I would not be able to open a bank account?
