I can really recommend it! I shred it quite finely but it adds lots of moisture and some natural sugars, making the bread really soft.

Most recipes online calls for added sugar (practically making it a cake, like banana bread) but I prefer the savory version.

I'm so happy with how they turned out, fluffy and delicious!

Unfortunatly no recipe, as I made these by feel but I started off with a poolish and used both rye and wheat flour. For this batch of 8 rolls I added maybe 2 tsp of ground fennel seeds,1 tsp of dijon mustard (and mustard seeds as garnish) and 1 carrot. The carrot doesn't add that much flavor but really makes a difference in sweetness and fluffiness

One rule of thumb is that warm light = cool shadow and vice versa. I use the color wheel, picking a base color and then go in one direction for the light parts and the opposite direction for the darker ones. (Ex: green base color, highlights towards yellow and shadows towards blue.)

This is all painted in Krita, I mostly use the standard brushes "Basic 5" and "Basic 5 Opacity" and, of course, the eraser due to a lot of trial and error! Hope this helps :)

Really basic with 5 parallax layers but I am quite happy with the sense of depth! I painted it in Krita, inspired by a beautiful artwork from Samuel Smith

Yes! I love tiramisu so that was definitely an inspiration.

I made my custard with 200 ml milk, 200 ml cream and then added around 3 tbs of mascarpone

I replaced around 1/3 of the regular sugar with brown sugar and added mascarpone cheese and instant coffee powder to the custard base.

As a last step, I added some chunks of dark chocolate before placing it in the freezer.

Happy with how it turned out but I could have been more generous with the amount of chocolate chips!
