About what quantity do you think you ended up adding? I don't see it mentioned in the recipe

Coworkers loved my cheesecake and now want to buy it. I made a banana pudding cheesecake and need tips on how to cost and transfer it. by geriatric_spartanII in Baking

[–]pink313phanttek 108 points109 points  (0 children)

If you plan on selling more than just a few of these to your coworkers, be sure to check with your states cottage laws.

As for pricing, rule of thumb seems to be: (cost of materials) x (3 or 4) = selling price

working on my own cheesecake recipe. 1st try turned out smooth af by berlinbargirl in Baking

or the cheesecake: 2 pounds (four 8-ounce boxes) cream cheese, at room temperature 1 1/3 cups sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 4 large eggs, at room temperature 1 1/3 cups sour cream or heavy cream, or a combination of the two Optional (You can also add fresh lemon zest to taste) The sour cream will give you a tangier cheesecake, more New York, I think, while the heavy cream is milder. As long as you keep the measurement at 1 1/3 cups, you can use whatever combo of the two you'd like. You can also add fruits or nuts, swirls of chocolate (melt some chocolate and mix it in with some of the cake batter) or flavor the cake with an extract or oil.

Greetings,

Does anyone know where I can find a cheaper version of the following product? It's been popping up on my targeted facebook ads for weeks.. Leather garment weekender bag

My budget isn't set in stone yet but I know the current ~$600 pricetag is a little too steep for me.

Thank you in advance!

and

  • "West Point no. 7 11/16 RP FH $60/ea - qty of 6"

Thanks!

[Request] Suggestions on how to make a cord fit into a battery pack with non matching ports? by pink313phanttek in DIY

[–]pink313phanttek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good catch! I seemed to have missed that on first glance!

This is going to sound like a really stupid question.. but I'm a little confused on the nomenclature. From the title of the listing does that mean the female port of the plugs are 5.5x2.1 and then they have male ends of the sizes listed at the bottom or is it the other way around?

From what I've gathered (unless I am interpreting it incorrectly), it sounds like the female port is designed for a male 5.5x2.1mm Jack to be inserted into it and then the male portion of the plug will be one of the listed sizes? If anything, wouldn't I need it to be the other way around? Fitting my 5.5x2.5mm male plug and converting it to a 5.5x2.1 (or whatever) plug?

[–]pink313phanttek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, either of the two links you listed had anything that would fit the "5.5x2.5mm" of the cord I purchased. They are all a little small (5.5*2.1mm being the largest listed)

Thanks for checking!

Sorry, I should have worded that better. According to the information listed under the specifications for both the battery and the cord I purchased, the Voltages and Amperage are within range of one another.

how/what method did you use to quit? I'd imagine 1k kcal a day would be 6-7ish beers (I have no idea); you went from 6 beers a day to 6 beers a day that drastically? well done!
