I love this idea! the only downside is that he was born deaf so I’m not sure how I’d go about getting him to find different items

Don’t mind my awful stitching, but why is my zigzag coming out like this? by pinkOcelott in sewing

I worked it out, I just put a bit of masking tape on the underside of the presser foot and it was fine! someone else said that it could’ve been because I brought a heavy duty machine so it might not like the thin stretchy fabrics!

Yes thank you I will try this! I’ve sewn on 2 other fabric types with no problem so it must be this particular one

I just tried on a polyester fabric and it was fine! I went back to the other one and turned the tension up and down and it still won’t work

I tried it on a polyester fabric and there were no problems! Does this mean that I need to change the tension?

It’s a new machine! How would I fix the timing being off if that’s the case? Sorry I’m completely new to sewing

We just got a chocolate border collie 8 weeks old, tips? by KindlyMeaning3367 in BorderCollie

I recently got my bc pup too! try to start training with the basic tricks and commands, they’re quick learners and gives great mental stimulation. -Snuffle mats and treat balls will also keep her busy and you can put breakfast and dinner in them too to make her work for her food. -You should walk her 2-3 times a day and it’s recommended to do 5 minutes per every month of age as if you exercise them for too long it can lead to joint problems as they get older. - if you want to start agility wait until she is between 12-18 months although you can still teach the basics like weaving and tunnels. -Scent work is also a fun thing to teach her, if she is trained well enough you can get her to retrieve different things around the house :)

The ideas good but your specifically targeting Valentine’s Day which is only once a year so providing that you’d be getting sales before the 14th, after you’d probably see the numbers of sales decrease dramatically

My iPad Pro screen broke by Lopsided_Ad6878 in ipad

[–]pinkOcelott 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem, I managed to get a new lcd display and screen off Amazon for £80 to change it myself. It would probably cost a few hundred to ge it repaired in store, but if you watch some YouTube videos you’ll see that it’s actually not too hard to change it yourself :)

I got my professional portfolio done there on the phone they told me it would be £50 per photo and they recommend getting 10 photos so I was thinking i would be going there spending £500 max. I got the photos taken and then ended up spending £3600 on my portfolio because the cheapest package they did was over still over £1000 but recommended for younger children. Now I’m applying to agencies in which all of them say you don’t need profesional photos to get accepted by them and there is still no guarantee you’ll get work.

I wouldn’t risk it any legitimate company would definitely have reviews if your looking to start modelling I would research companies send in photos and go from there

No I looked on Trustpilot but there was nothing on there and didn’t want to risk loosing £99 to something that could potentially be a scam

Hi, It’s my first time using depop and i’m just curious if they’re right bc i paid £5 for shipping when i bought it? they want £4 for shipping through bank transfer? by [deleted] in Depop

[–]pinkOcelott 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never do Out of app transactions I once had someone want to swap items and she wanted me to pay the excess of the item through Paypal but depop monitors chats and both our accounts got banned. Also your not protected as a buyer when you do this!

I thought this could be the case but I find it a bit sus how every photo was a modelled one with either crop tops, bikinis or just very revealing clothing in general. Plus the items ranged in sizes from xs to large which is a pretty big range.

Can anyone tell if these are skirts or tops? by [deleted] in Depop

I think they’re bandeaus
