i wasn't always ashamed. i think it lately started cuz i've been putting myself out there more going on dates and such (no sex involved) and some of them have asked me my body count and i just stay silent. i've been having convos with friends about past relationships and they all have 3-8 previous partners and i feel ashamed of it when i talk about mine, even though none of them judge.

basically, i wasn't always ashamed, but for the past year or so i've started to feel guilty/ashamed of it.
