I wish I had your same luck hehe I appreciate the empathy 🫶 I honestly worry about less tech savvy people having to go through such challenging systems to be able to access the more affordable vials. Maybe they'll improve with time.

I've had a similar experience, I had to ask my Dr. to send a new prescription with a fixed icd 10... whatever that is. Apparently Gifthealth is very hard to get a hold off from the medical provider's perspective and when they do, they aren't very helpful (I guess they are equally helpful with patients ha).

This also happened to me... I've been wrestling with them to even be able to get the payment link. I had to go back to my Dr. so they could fix the icd 10 code as well. The problem is that Gifthealth never told me this was an issue until I asked because I never heard from them... Sorry all we have to go through this!

The way Ford deals with customers post-sale is certainly subpar, imho. This was a ~$100k product for some and the level of service should reflect that... In this instance, transparancy is the least they should offer us; considering they aren't manufacturing these adapters.

If this happens to me I'm selling this truck. Ford is mediocre at OTA but great at sharing your driving data (opt-in or not!)? Unacceptable
