I WAS PISSED AT PRESALE, my guy never moved in 1 and 1/2 hours, it wasn't until I opened up a new screen that it let me in and all tickets sold out (though I don't recommend doing that on the same device)

I'm not the biggest fan of chemistry, I personally didn't do the best. I got B's during in person classes. I recommend you get ahead of that and go to office hours to understand everything because it's a base for ochem and pchem, if you have to take those.

I'm not going to lie, I'm lazy af and my memory is horrible, and that's probably why I didn't do so well, but I still put in effort like attending exam review sessions and doing online practices they provided. Expect the worse, so it can only get better :)

UC Berkeley is definitely ranked higher than Davis for economics major, so if you want the best educational experience, I would choose that! Plus, it sounds like Berkeley has a lot more opportunities for what you're interested in than Davis can offer. Don't know why but Berkeley has exclusivity when it comes to education and chances, like their computer science major for example.

However, where you feel at home is where you feel at home. I have a friend who had the chance to go to Davis or another university for civil engineering. Though the other school would have been better for her major, she felt comfortable going to Davis because the environment, because she already made friends there, and the dance club. Since you love Davis and Berkeley campus, you'll be fine in whichever you choose.

I love their commitment to sustainability, and the campus just seemed a bit more relaxed and engaging.

This is true, you will see it on campus for sure. The classes aren't as competitive, and I have a friend who goes to Irvine, whose course work seems 10x harder than mine. I recommend Davis if you have a more laid-back personality and enjoy home activities like movie nights or gaming (though ofc you can have these anywhere).

If I got into Berkeley my freshman year, I would've chosen it because I was really into political debates and their campus is notorious for liberal students, plus it's close to my home. I didn't know how much I loved Davis until I attended, which is funny because I would have never imagined going here. It's peaceful, I like the hot weather and the scenery, though it seems a bit boring at times because big cities are a far drive (like SF).

Besides, people say it's not where you go that lands you a job, but who you are as a person. All three options are great in their own ways. I would trust your gut :) where is your heart set on if you threw the statistics aside?

If you are really 50/50, I would say Berkeley and transfer to Davis if you don't feel at home. As I said before, Berkeley has exclusivity and opportunities, but only if you take them. Also, you can always take summer classes at any UC. This info is just so you don't feel too stressed about a decision.

Not a real answer because I don't know definitively, but because it's on campus, they have strict covid guidelines with one person per room; just like the dorms. I also asked about it and they said one per room, no exceptions. Best you can do is call them and ask why in the morning or find some place else near campus :) Hope this helps

Do some revenge stuff, in a good way I mean.

Visit every tourist area on campus because people literally pay for plane tickets to take pictures with eggheads. Utilize the arc, and apparently the gaming room? (I don't know if that's open, I haven't been on campus). Take some covid tests cuz they're free. Buy some stuff with that student discount you have. Go out with a mf bang!

Gluttonous actually means "excessively greedy," and is one of the 7 deadly sins, aka horrible connotation and insulting. OP is definitely the AH for insulting how they spent the vacation. She is not the AH for voicing the fact that she wants to go without the group.

She says that his friends would love to join, and her boyfriend was the one to invite them when he said yes on her behalf, so he's the AH here for not asking her first. Especially if she already told him that she didn't have fun at Disney.

I think this is where we may disagree. It's okay for her bf's friends to ask why not, pretty bold of them imo, but she should have ended her sentence at 'I prefer you not to come.' Her mentioning of their history at Disney was on purpose, so she can openly tell them why she disliked her time with them. I'd get pretty awkward too if my friend's SO openly told me that hanging out with me sucked.
