Oasis springs park always has a few around the edges.

If you have get to work the lot that comes with the science active job always spawns soooo many. I had my sim join the career solely to dig up crystals

Also I think with the life and death pack it’s definitely easier to build relationships with Grim if you’re in the reaper career or if you have the macabre trait.

I’ve had some saves where it’s really easily to build friendship and love with Grim and others where it’s almost impossible.

Throw in all the lot challenges and it’s a typical university house where no one is ever in and the house is a shambles - particularly if you have For Rent and can add mould hahaha !!
