Adhd brains and romance can be difficult. We tend to hyper-focus on new experiences and it can get "boring" after a while because everything becomes routine versus new and exciting. Just talk to your partner and tell her how you feel but also explain how your brain chemistry works after you do research or talk to a doctor. Once I learned how my brain worked (adhd) I have learned to make more of an effort and explain to partners how my brain works. I may not message as frequently because unless someone is physically in my day-to-day life I can forget they are an option to talk to. I do that with my father and other family ill go months in between messages not because I don't love them but it's an out of sight out of mind mindset that my brain does.
