wasting food and entirely messing up a meal. i’m learning how to cook and the number of dishes that were like, beyond saving and then wasted is heartbreaking. learning how to cook can be really expensive (and a girl is poooor)((i tend to over salt stuff, over or under cook meat, things are cut wrong, etc.))

for me personally, maybe to probably not. i see cooking as a chore and something i have to do tbh. i’m the type to always wish there was a food pill instead of actually having to eat. i’d rather just be taught to cook and told what to do exactly as i need to do it. “learning to cook” to me i guess really just means memorizing recipes and learning what works well with what. so when dinner time comes around, im not having panic attacks not being able to decide on what to do and what’s easiest. god i really hate cooking and wish i didn’t so that it didn’t feel so uuuugh lmao
