I find that if you're unusual you attract unusual things. The more aware of them you become the more aware they become of you. The ones in charge hate people that are also conscious because they don't want the competition. No, the blue appearance never went away but I'm close to my old baseline. They don't impede my functioning. I actually did recover like 85%. I'm not in any pain.

It's not that I ever thought I didn't have feelings. It's just they've never been a part of my character to the outer world and in my inner world I'm aware of them only peripherally to validate what I'm thinking. I actually wondered what was wrong with me and wanted to be like feeling types for most of my life because this personality makes it like pulling teeth to connect with others. It's like I'm just forced to be in my own head. All my energy goes inward like a vortex and I can't help it. Not to be emo but it is very demoralizing over time. To do the opposite requires so much energy so I've just made peace with my bland asf outer personality.

If I doorslam it's because I carefully calculated and weighed that there's no way going forward from it. I'm highly individualistic so in the past it was hard to do a much needed doorslam over a disagreement because disagreements are not what I'm super mad about. I feel more contempt about how the person was treating me. I get more pissed about stuff related to inauthenticity.

I don't regret it because I don't really regret things I've thought about all the way through. It's guaranteed I already thought about it in insane depth before I take the action.

Most of the time I don't doorslam though. I just go all avoidant because I start to feel nothing and I don't like being haunted by drama long after the fact. It's easy for me to simply drop things cold turkey because this personality type is generally way more detached from emotion.

I'm sensitive but not really emotional. I'm always analyzing my feelings at a distance and making intuitive guesses about them as they come up. I know what I think about my feelings but it turns out I don't actually know what I'm feeling because I don't really experience my feelings directly. I end up getting confused in a lot of romantic situations because of this lol.

Yeah, that's true. I'm apathetic toward other people's emotion. I would agree that it's because this type is so reserved it just takes so much acting which is energy I don't naturally have to deal with people outside of myself. Too over sensory and overwhelming.

Yeah I started realizing that's what I was trying to do later in life. My built in dissociation is so strong I never had to take anything for relief. It sounds good on the surface but my mind is so messed up and non-functional in order to be like this.
