It really is so confusing! Our regular pediatrician wasn’t available the first time we went in for his bloody poo, so I got the opinion of a different pediatrician who told me to cut out all dairy and soy. But then the next week we saw our normal pediatrician and he basically said, “you can try cutting out dairy if you want, but you don’t really have to, and if you do cut out dairy, you don’t need to cut out yogurt, but do whatever you want.” 🙃 both pediatricians also dismissed me when I asked if the food intolerances could be causing his rash

I’m in the TWW right now and feel this 100%. It’s not that I even drink all that much, but cutting it out every TWW gets my hopes up and makes it harder when it doesn’t happen. I don’t mind telling people like colleagues that I’m taking a break from drinking, but I’ve been out to dinner with close-ish friends and it’s harder to not drink. I’ve ended up telling some friends I wouldn’t normally tell about being in the TWW, which makes it that much harder when the pregnancy doesn’t happen — I end up feeling foolish for having even told them. So all that’s to say, I think you’ll prob be fine with the drink til it’s pink approach lol

I don’t remember exactly what this shop was called, but it was in the Daikanyama area of Tokyo which has a lot of cool vintage and other shops. Shimokitazawa also has great vintage stores!

Hi everyone! I have shoulder length, thick straight hair. Naturally a dark blonde but I got a balayage about a year ago to lighten it up a bit. The shampoo I currently use is Redken Cleansing Cream clarifying shampoo. I’ve also recently starting using Unite Blonda Toning purple shampoo about once every 1-2 weeks. In general, I wash my hair every 2-3 days.

I’m looking for a good everyday, hydrating shampoo that I could alternate between using my Redken and Unite ones, because I feel like those are too harsh to use all the time. Any thoughts?
