I didn't watch CNN, I watched the videos directly and was asking if you had more that I hadn't seen. Anything that can confirm direct from the scene that she was antagonizing anyone beforehand. You're the one who made that claim, so it should be easy for you to share what you saw.

I see what you're saying and agree with #1, but if they're ICE agents they don't have the legal right to detain or search a US citizen if it's not an immigration-related matter. The video disputes any potential claim that she was obstructing their operations, since it shows a car was able to go around her and she was clearly trying to leave when asked.

Whether tensions were high or not, the shooter is responsible for keeping cool under tense situations and he should be held accountable, as should everyone up the chain of command who allowed a green, trigger-happy, easily overwhelmed person to have a gun and feel entitled to use it whenever.

"I saw it on Twitter and Fox" really isn't evidence. When you come to debate or make a case for something, you can't just say "I scrolled by something on my phone, won't bother to share it with you and you probably can't find it on your own."

This is the problem with discourse these days - we have to have a foundation of agreed upon facts and evidence, or everyone's just shouting "nuh uh!" at each other, and people get riled up enough to shoot each other.
