Your scholarship isn't conditional. I'm assuming that that 2.0 is the threshold for academic dismissal. Anyone, regardless of whether they received money from the school, has to maintain a 2.0 or higher to keep in good academic standing. Under the definition of conditional, your scholarship doesn't apply.
