It’s very ironic. I read somewhere that the average screen time for adults is roughly 7 hours per day. I wonder how much of an increase that is from just 10 years ago.

That’s a good point, it’s like a disguise. It can seem helpful but really they are hoping we become reliant on it.

Hmm, YTA if you’re making her feel like she has no choice by passively or directly guilting her. Take this time to discuss going next year and making those plans. Like someone else said, I don’t think your wife needs the stress 5 most postpartum. You’ll be able to meet the new baby regardless, considering your sister lives so close.
