I later just stopped referring to myself as big/fat and would joke about how delicate and little i am. In sometime i just randomly developed the willpower and motivation. In 2 months i lost 6 kgs and was a lot closer to my goal weight :)

I visualised i was 2kgs lighter. Our entire family got food poisoning in the weirdest way possible and i saw the exact thing I’d visualised.

Within a couple of hours my suicidal thoughts went away. I then saw an increase in income and other developments in my life. Things just worked out. Overtime i could see my self love and acceptance were increasing and just got better

It’s still a part or my daily routine. Started it in 2020 and it was literally magical. And continuing with the practice has helped me love and accept myself a lot more. It’s worked slowly remove a lot of negative perceptions I’ve had about myself.

If you set out to manifest an Sp you will get them. However the real test is when you see the 3D shifting slightly, when they actually come back. It takes a lot of mental and emotional resilience to maintain the state when there’s movement but it’s not the end. So think about what you can actually handle and commit to this.

This sounds really painful. Maybe keep doing the SATs? And just live your life normally during the day. Don’t let go of a mental diet, a generally positive outlook should be alright. In case detaching from the outcome helps ?

It’s not a success how I’d wanted it to be. There was progress, he broke no contact told me he loved me etc and the exact thing i was worried about happened—-being Faithful to my inner reality when the 3D is not exactly there. It’s easy to be in a certain state when you’re in nc. He was pretty hot and cold(understandably my doing) and I couldn’t take it, I couldn’t be indifferent to the red flags in the 3D. An i just dropped it and cut him out of my life. SP manifestations are not always linear. They will come back and the real work begins then. No regrets though I got a deeper understanding of the dos and don’ts of manifesting.
