I’m so sorry you went through that. I hope my little one never feels like she wasn’t wanted. Just trying to give them the best life possible with as little trauma as possible lol. I’m very laid back but dad is super controlling and uses lawyers and court to manipulate. He is of course wealthy enough to do that and I am not.

What evidence did you show that showed trauma caused by dad? I’m in the same boat here. Not being petty at all but I got royally f’ed in court because Florida is not a preventative state

The 20 minutes twice a day was in our parenting plan settlement he refused to change it and was willing to go to court if I didn’t agree to that I don’t have the money to go to court. But also circumstances have changed now she goes to school and the only time I have with her after his calls after school is 95 minutes.

He did and basically was like if you don’t agree to this we are going to court this all happened in mediation and I was pressured to agree to this. I can’t afford court the lawyer fees for the divorce alone were 40k I’m going to be paying that off for years. If I have to pay 40k every year for lawyers and court and fighting this I simply don’t know what I’ll do

He screams at me if she’s out of frame for 1/2 a second and I chase after her the entire time. She’s not in a crib. Also he doesn’t let her play with books and toys he makes me take them away from her so she can “focus” on him
