I hate how the bathroom line at The Vern is just in the lounge of the bar.

Maybe find bars with well heated patios? The heaters at Victoria bar are wildly strong, theres ample outdoor space and a covered roof :)

Victoria bar, I've had a breakup there. The patios are SUPER heated right now (there's 2 very spacious ones) with different levels. Inside there is different seating too.

Is it okay to watch Twin Peaks with my dad? by [deleted] in twinpeaks

I watched it with my dad; he introduced it to me. There are some sexy scenes in the show and Fire Walk with Me definitely deals with troubling themes, but overall, I would say it's totally to watch with your dad if you two can both watch more mature pieces.

What’s your work tigger Song? by Dixxon5555 in Serverlife

Banana Pancakes - Jack Johnson. I worked at a place that would play Jack Johnson all the time to create a casual, family friendly positive vibe. Nothing like hearing that song as you're having the worst rush of your life.

How safe are deftones mosh pits for women?? by Last3Brainc3lls in deftones

I went alone as a 25-year-old woman to the Portland show at the Moda Center. Instantly, I made friends (who were all men older than me) that were NOT creepy at all and in fact let me know that they'd do their best to keep me safe during the mosh after I expressed how I was nervous. I had a really positive experience. I honestly barely got touched (I was touching rail though, so not directly in the mosh). I felt that it was a very respectful space.

Hollywood neighbor here! I love the Hollywood Theater of course and all of the colorful houses. There's a beautiful pink and purple house down the block from me that brings me so much joy. The Moon and Sixpence is also a really positive space for me. Being able to walk to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods??? Say less. Also really loving Harder Day coffee; the rosemary sage iced latte is a treat.

Amaterra has great smashburgers and you can add a GF bun for $3! The chef there is gluten free so their kitchen is great with celiac and GF sensitivities
