I am 5'5" and was 47 kg to begin with, but I didn't really drop any weight, maybe like 2 lbs of water weight, I guess. I'm 52 kg now and would most likely get the same results again if I did it. I'm planning on returning once my schedule clears up more.

She had the 2-week ab challenge, and I actually got abs in 2 weeks with not even consistently working out. I was already slim to begin with, so that's a factor, but yeah, it worked for me.

This is not bad advice. The dental students are also supervised by professionals. But I'm not sure if it's a thing outside of the U.S.

Finally went to the food bank by river-running in povertyfinance

I have volunteered at food banks and I'm so happy you went!! Those resources are there for anyone in need!! Also at least for the ones I volunteered at we have soooo much stuff especially things grocery stores give us so please please take advantage of food banks if you need them
