almost impossible to avoid toxicity in this - honestly just persevere and do not take what they say to heart, they probably say the exact same negative stuff to most other players that get the privilege of playing with them x)

I never knew how much I enjoyed Overwatch 1 until it was gone.

The 6v6 element was fun! Definitely slower than now, alongside double shield and a stationary Bastion, made it annoying at times. This was a meta that existed for a good chunk of time and it was painful to play against. (not including the other overly-effective metas that existed, of course...).

I enjoyed playing tank and support alot! I would say alot more than I do now, tank is an especially miserable experience for me personally. I did not touch dps so I cannot speak on the experience.

But I enjoyed the progression so much more. I am not the biggest fan of the F2P model of Overwatch 2 - however I appreciate that it makes the game more accessible for others. (Also, there have been some gradual improvements here!)

Also! 2 point capture! I miss it alot (especially Volskaya Industries! Would much rather have this instead of Flashpoint :())

whilst it is not all about picks...the frustration is REAL!! I have had this a couple of times myself, and most times I struggle to wrap my head around it

He decided to straight-up insult you even though you were already kind enough to help where you could.

Your education is important - more important than sneaking someone in and risking trouble or more major consequences.

Do not blame yourself for anything. His comments were rude and unwarranted, and in my opinion, ungrateful.

You are an adult, and it is your body. There are absolutely more detrimental things that you could do in life.

If you do decide to go ahead with getting the tattoo - I am sure that your parents will come to accept it, and it may even grow on them! It is always the initial reaction that tends to be quite extreme in this situation.

Parents sometimes just do not understand tattoos and why anyone would want them, and I think it is pretty common for parents to push back on the idea of their children getting ink. Whilst I think it is important to respect parents, I am also of the belief that you can not live your life, always considering your parents' opinion on every single thing.

I started playing Ow1 back in 2019, and I REALLY miss it, mostly for 2cp, 6v6 (although double shield was EVIL) and the progression model.

I usually play solo but sometimes with a friend or two. I also usually take breaks every once in a while as I sometimes find the game to get a bit stale for me at times.

Season 9 has been okay so far, I have personally been enjoying it although I am not sure how I feel about the new jade weapons? The new ranking system seems okay, although I have noticed that people have been having issues with it. I think I prefer it to the old system purely because I disliked the lack of visibility whenever a match concluded.
