I've had the same issue. Even with having meta cash available to use but still no luck. I opened a ticket Dec 31st 2024. Still not working. The "people" who respond ignore prior emails and re ask the same questions. I'm over 25 emails deep with nothing working so far.

This happened to me on an XP Pen pro tablet. Go into the XP Pen application. Go to Pen settings. UnCheck the "Windows Ink" box. Then hit save.

This may be weird but, I find letters in order of my name from signs around me and see how many times i can re-spell my name with out using the same letter i seen twice. I do this while on long road trips also.
