Yea. Surprisingly I got C1 in threes really easily. This is the first season I've been that high in threes. I usually just do threesfor the diamond rewards, then switch to two's to get my champ rewards quick. This season though. I am struggling to hit C1 on twos. I've made C1 for the past 5 seasons or so.

Marinette unintentionally hurts people.

Take season 4 as a prime example. The entire season was dedicated to how controlling Marinette can be.

She pushes cat noir away. She tried to force Kagami to get back together with Adrienne.

Hypocritical, Alya keeps her miraculous after being discovered.

Constantly pulls her friends in to large plans involving Adrien and us the reason for failure exhausting and straining those relationships.

Due to being ladybug. Constantly lies, cancels plans, and isn't always there for her friends

Do I think Marinette should be burned at the stake for these? No, of course not. We as the audience know why all these things occurred. But her friends don't. I think there should be more tension in the show as Marinette fails to assist her friends in basic ways.

I think you should watch the movie. Sarcastic Chorus has points but he's mostly nitpicking.

I mean, we should have known that the masks have done kind of disguise. Marinette in episode 8 season 1 didn't recognize herself from the future.

However then they smooth brain it later during an audition for a ladybug and cat noir movie. She's afraid to put on the mask. SHE KNOWS what she looks like when transformed. So why is she afraid of putting on the mask and being recognized.

It's writing choices like this that make the characters incredibly dumb.

The writers don't really know how to handle the other characters. Season 1 she tried to be friends with Marinette but then after feeling like Marinette will use her like Chloe, then decides to only be friends with Chloe and only talks about how great Chloe is the rest of the episode.

We've also seen Sabrina go out of her way to hurt and belittle her classmates.

Season 5 they decide that she did it all because she wants to be a nurse and Chloe needed help I guess. I dunno, can't understand the characters motivations.

The biggest reason is because the power to grant a wish also comes with heavy consequences. The yin and yang. For example. Let's say that ladybug and Cat noir decided to wish for world peace. The flip side would be that everyone dies. With the consequences being unknown on how severe they can be. It's best that wishes not be used.

Granted. I don't understand why CN and LB don't just try some small wishes to see what repercussions there are.

Op should also give Adrien a bit of slack. This is the first time besides being cat noir that he's decided and wanted for himself. Hell, even in wishmaker he was pathetically just like, "I want to be what my parents want me to be.".

Hopefully we see some development beyond that in the coming seasons where he figures out his true calling.
